Dubai’s DMCC free zone pulls in 2,000+ new organizations – best since 2016

Dubai: About 2,000 new organizations agreed to a license at DMCC(Dubai Multi Commodities Centre) the previous year – the topmost since last five years. The free zone entity knowingly benefitted from a range of new incentives it turned out after the pandemic struck, including a most optimized plan of attack virtual authorizing offer.

We surpassed 18,000 member companies, broke company registration records, while launching new initiatives and progressing on time with flagship projects,” said Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman, and CEO. “Building on this momentum, we will maximize the progress in 2021.

DMCC launched a ‘Business Support Package’ in March last – this was the hub’s “largest-ever offer”. The motivations were accessible to existing and new organizations. In excess of 8,000 organizations benefited more than 13,000 offers and motivations consistently.

China: There was a 20 percent year-on-year rise in Chinese companies accompanying. A China services center provided in Almas Tower with Mandarin on-boarding support. A rep office was set up in Shenzhen.

Israel: The first step was an MoU with Israel diamond Exchange, DMCC also moved in quick with a rep office in Tel Aviv.
