In Dubai, weeklong real estate transactions amount to AED 4.4 billion

DUBAI – During the week ending 19th August 2021, Dubai recorded 1,367 property and real estate transactions valued at 4.4 billion.

There have been 204 plots sold for AED 965.28 million, and 1,163 apartments and villas for AED 2.18 billion, according to the Dubai Land Department.

A property in Jumeirah First sold for AED 38 million, followed by two properties in Al Nahda First, and AED 32 million property and another AED 31 million property.

Jabal Ali First has generated the most transactions with 78 sales transactions worth 274.77 million, followed by Al Hebiah Third with 37 sales transactions worth AED 78.7 million, and Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 19 sales transactions worth AED 188 million.
