Prestige One Developments, a UAE-based real estate developer, is anticipated to introduce 11 new projects in the Emirates in 2025, nearly doubling its portfolio.
A number of residential projects in Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, JVC, and Dubai Islands will be part of this enlarged pipeline. The company will conduct a hiring campaign to support its expansion by filling internal positions in sales, marketing, and customer relations in order to meet these changes.
This year, the company is also entering new markets in West Africa and the GCC.
The company also disclosed that two projects—The Residence in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) and Vista in Dubai Sports City—will be finished and turned over in 2025. In line with the 2040 Dubai Urban Plan, which aims to improve and expand urban areas, the company has already built more than three million square feet of land throughout Dubai.
“I’m confident that 2025 will be a year of continued growth, as we launch new projects and handover two of our flagship developments in Dubai. We are expanding our portfolio, team, regional and international operations and we remain deeply committed to enhancing and adding strategic value for communities,” said Ajmal Saifi, CEO of Prestige One Developments.
Basma Al Badre, managing director of Prestige One Developments, echoed this sentiments. “Every project we have brought to the market reflects our commitment to set new benchmarks in real estate.”
“The strength of performance in 2024, with record revenues and the strongest pipeline of development in our history, has been a testament to our team’s hard work and resilience. We look forward to achieving even more in the year ahead,” he added.
The growth ambitions come after a record-breaking year for the developer, which saw the introduction of over 1,500 residential and commercial units around Dubai, including upscale projects on Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City), Palm Jumeirah, and Dubai Islands.
To support its strategic expansion, the company also obtained an exclusive sponsorship deal with the Argentina Football Association in 2024 and began building four additional projects. It recently held a star-studded gala event at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel to highlight these accomplishments.
The developer plans to have 25 finished and ongoing residential and commercial buildings in desirable locations by the end of 2025.
